All Cort instrument warranties apply to the original purchaser only. Even if your Cort product is no longer covered under warranty, our authorized Cort dealers can perform repairs on used, non-warrantied products as well, and may be able to give you an accurate estimate of the cost prior to beginning the work. Bringing your guitar to the store where you purchased is the easiest way to validate your warranty. Regardless of whether you purchased at the store or not, you can inquire of Cort dealers about customer service for your Cort guitar. Before bringing your guitar, please contact Cort dealers in your area by phone first.
